A-Level results 2013

There has been a decrease in the proportion of A-levels awarded top grades for the second year in a row after previously being on a steady increase. The overall pass rate(A*to E) nationwide has increased to 98.1% while the proportion of A/A* grades has decreased to 26.3%. There was also a substantial increase in the amount of students taking Science, Maths and Economics. While the amount of students taking French, German has noticably decreased.
